– Design Consultation: let’s meet virtually to discuss your goals and next steps!
– Mood Boards: these combine multiple aesthetic elements on one board to show how they play together. I typically suggest one board per room.
– Specifications: the selection furniture, art, materials, finishes, lighting, plumbing fixtures, appliances, and more based on your needs.
– Space Planning: we can optimize the flow and function of your home through clever space planning. Floor plan required (see below)
Floor Plans & Elevations
– Floor Plans and Elevations are drawn to scale in AutoCAD. These plans are indispensable for a new build or renovation; cement your vision on paper so that each detail is executed to your standards.
3D Renderings
– 3D Models are built to your space’s dimensions, helping you visualize the final design. They can be a useful tool for space planning and making design choices. Renderings are priced per room.
– 3D walkthrough videos are also available.
